Everything you need to know before your visit
For the perfect experience we recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. You will be provided with a bathrobe and disposable slippers for your use whilst inside the facility.
Our environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. We kindly ask you to keep your voice lowered, keep mobile phones on silent mode and avoid making calls in order to respect other members’ enjoyment of the facilities.
Access to Eve
Access to Eve is limited to our members. External guest may purchase a one-day pass and book for treatment in advance.
In Room Treatments
Members are invited to enjoy a selection of treatments from our treatment collection in the privacy and comfort in designated room. No surcharged will be applied. Please inquire at the reception for more information.
Please advise us of any health condition, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatments or use of the facilities. For expectant woman or nursing mothers’, please allow our team to guide you in selection which treatments are most suitable during this special time.
Reservation & Cancelation Policy
Making an advance appointment is highly recommended. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Please note that unfortunately a late arrival will not guarantee the extension of the treatment time.
Valuables and Personal Belongings
Whilst lockers are provided, it is recommended that you leave valuables at home. Eve does not assume liability for any valuables.
General access to Eve is restricted for guest under the edge of 18 years. We are delighted to welcome children of our members if accompanied by an adult, between the hours of your treatment.
We offer the one-day special pass if members wish to buy as a gift for their friends. Please enquire at the reception for more information.
